Solitude / I am overwhelmed by a sense of nostalgia for what was a very domestic affair. Growing up, I had a desire to be accepted amidst feeling like an outsider to my own culture. Over the years, I have kept revisiting these emotions during my short visits to Calcutta, when I have yearned to reconnect and fill this void.
